Parole Hearings

When representing a client in front of the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency, our primary goal is to advocate for release from prison. We work closely with our clients to gather and present evidence of their rehabilitation, remorse, and readiness to reintegrate into society. 

This may include presenting evidence of completed educational or vocational programs in prison, letters of support from family and friends, and documentation of their participation in therapy or counseling programs. We draft and submit a comprehensive release plan, and work with our clients and community partners to ensure that our client has a safe place or treatment center to live upon release. We also review our client's prison record and identify any potential issues that may affect their parole eligibility.

During the hearing, we will make a case to the board for their client's release and address any questions or concerns that the board members may have. Overall, the our goal is to ensure that you receive a fair hearing and the best possible chance for a successful parole release.
