Jasmyn Kamal
Jasmyn Kamal is an experienced immigration attorney who serves as Of Counsel with DiMaggio Law Office, working collaboratively with the firm to provide focused immigration representation while maintaining her own independent immigration law practice.
She represents individuals and families in a wide range of immigration matters, including employment-based and family-based visas, humanitarian visas, green cards, and U.S. citizenship. In Immigration Court, Jasmyn has successfully defended clients against deportation, secured complex dismissals, and obtained grants of 42A Cancellation of Removal, asylum, and administrative closure in high-stakes cases. She has also successfully appealed USCIS denials, resulting in approvals that have meaningfully changed her clients’ lives.
In addition to immigration matters, Jasmyn has represented clients in family court cases involving divorce, spousal maintenance, child custody, and child support. She is known for her client-centered approach, strategic advocacy, and dedication to achieving practical, results-driven outcomes.
Jasmyn earned her law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she received distinctions in Trial Advocacy and Health Law and Policy, was named a Center Scholar for Law, Science, and Innovation, and graduated with pro bono honors. She began her legal career at an AmLaw 100 corporate immigration firm, representing Fortune 500 companies in complex employment-based immigration matters.
